30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please note, items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We’re happy to help with exchanges! Once you provide proof that the original item has been shipped back to us, we'll quickly send out your replacement.  


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
